Who we are

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use the contact form, call, text or email, we receive what you share, such as your name, email, phone number, the topic you're interested in and your message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) and the services that deliver our fonts (Google Fonts) may receive basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. We don't use this site to run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
• Loan applications. The "Apply Now" buttons take you to Edge Home Finance's secure online application. Information you enter there is collected by Edge Home Finance and is covered by Edge's privacy notice, which you'll receive as part of the loan process.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and follow up on your request
• To help you explore loan options and, if you choose, start a loan application
• To send you information you asked for, such as updates or educational content
• To operate, secure and improve this website
• To meet legal, regulatory and compliance requirements

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to help with your request or loan, for example with:

• Edge Home Finance, LLC and its licensed loan officers and Client Care Team
• Wholesale lenders, appraisers, title and settlement companies, and credit reporting agencies, when you move forward with a loan
• Service providers that help run this website and our communications (for example, website hosting and email)
• Regulators, law enforcement or others when required by law

Texts, calls and emails

If you check the consent box on our contact form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services we link to or embed, such as Edge Home Finance's application site, social media sites and Amazon, have their own cookie and privacy practices.

How we protect information

This site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial details through the contact form or email.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent through this website, subject to records we're required to keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. To make a request, contact us using the information above. Information connected to a loan application is also covered by Edge Home Finance's privacy notice under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
